​Aspiration Community Yoga is two classes:
Saturday 8 AM (Small Class) Alignment Yoga
Monday 4:30 PM Strength and Mobility for chronic health concerns.


Accepting applications for both Monday and Saturday classes.
Saturday 8-9:30 AM 
Yoga: Stronger Movement and Breathing

This class offers a more robust flow of yoga poses while emphasizing focus on basics. We practice developing good movement habits, strength and breath awareness. It is appropriate for students who are able to easily get up and down from the floor and spend considerable time bearing weight on their hands and knees.
Monday 6:30-7:30 PM  
​Practice for
 Injury or Pain- Mobility and Stability
This class is to build muscles and good movement patterns in order to retain and maybe gain mobility in painful or damaged joints.  We will work on training breathing, joints and muscles to become more acquainted with what you are capable of. This class is specifically for students who are unable to kneel for periods of time.
All classes are donation only.
