Michelle Peterson is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher. She has an ongoing passion for anatomy and the foundations of Yoga. Michelle began her personal yoga practice in 2002 with Elizabeth Rainey and Denise Benitez at Seattle Yoga Arts. She is deeply influenced by functional fitness training and Insight Meditation in her personal practice and teaching.
