What is it like to practice at Aspiration Community Yoga?

Due to COVID-19 Social Distancing in our Community,
Aspiration Community Yoga is temporarily closed.

​My hope is that we will begin again when King County enters Phase 3
All appointments are pay what you will. Most offer between $10-20.
Students place their monetary contribution in the small vase by the coat rack or use the card reader kiosk.
​Please bring your own mat, towel, and props if you have them

Yoga: Beneficial Movement and Breathing

This class offers a foundation in yoga through time for focus on basics. We practice developing good movement habits, strength and breath awareness. It is appropriate for students who have pain, injury, limited mobility or range of motion but are able to get up and down from the floor and bear some weight on their hands and knees.

Practice for Injury or Pain: Mobility and Stability

Practice Fundamentals- we work on training breathing, joints and muscles to improve stamina and decrease discomfort. This class is specifically for students who have pain, injury, limited mobility or range of motion but are able to get up and down from the floor and bear some weight on their hands and knees.
